Mr. Victor (Vic) French, President & COO, reports:

BAY ROBERTS, NEWFOUNDLAND / May 26th, 2022 / PUDDLE POND RESOURCES INC. (the “Company” or “Puddle Pond”) is pleased to report that the Company’s first three drill-holes (DDH 22-01, -02, -03) at its 100%-owned Handcamp Project (the “Project”) in central Newfoundland have all intersected a significant width of near-surface, gold (and silver) mineralization:

DDH 22-01

3.90 g/t Au & 29.13 g/t Ag over 7.30 metres (24 feet) within a broader interval of 2.04 g/t Au & 15.72 g/t Ag over 15.70 metres (52 feet).

DDH 22-02

1.91 g/t Au & 11.36 g/t Ag over 10.95 metres (36 feet) including 4.08 g/t Au & 20.57 g/t Ag over 2.30 metres (8 feet).

DDH 22-03

3.00 g/t Au & 23.07 g/t Ag over 7.25 metres (24 feet) including 5.48 g/t Au & 33.76 g/t Ag over 3.10 metres (10 feet).

The scout drilling program, totalling 700-800 metres in ten holes is intended: (a) to test the continuity of shear-zone hosted gold mineralization in the shallow subsurface (at depths of less than 75 metres or 250 feet) over a strike length of approximately 750 metres (or 2,500 feet); and (b) to provide lithostructural data that will aid in the characterization of shear zone-hosted gold mineralization.

Mr. French commented: “We are pleased with these first results. The drilling program being conducted by Cabo Drilling (Atlantic) Corporation of Springdale is proceeding on schedule and on budget with the easy accessibility of the Handcamp Project area from the nearby Trans-Canada Highway proving a real boon for exploration.”

On Behalf of the Board of Directors

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (“QA/QC”)

Drill-core samples, selected by Puddle Pond exploration personnel were submitted to Eastern Analytical Ltd. (Newfoundland & Labrador) for assaying and geochemical analysis. Samples were delivered in sealed bags directly to the lab in Springdale by Puddle Pond staff. Eastern Analytical is an ISO 17025 Certified Assay Laboratory. Samples submitted to Eastern Analytical are analyzed with the strictest quality control with blanks (analytical & method), duplicates, and standard reference materials (viz. CANMET, CDN, OREAS, GEOSTAT) being inserted into the sequence of client samples. Gold is analyzed by standard fire assay methods and thirty-four other elements (including silver) are analyzed by ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy. In addition to the regular insertion of blank, duplicate, and standard samples by the Assay Laboratory, Puddle Pond routinely includes its own blanks and standards.
