Mr. Victor (Vic) French reports:

BAY ROBERTS, NEWFOUNDLAND / February 28, 2024 / PUDDLE POND RESOURCES INC. (the “Company” or “Puddle Pond”) is pleased to announce latest drilling completed at it’s 100% owned Handcamp Project successfully intersected high grade VMS mineralization within the Main Handcamp gold – silver mineralized zone. Based on historical surface surveys and drilling this zone trends northeast (030˚) for at least 2000 metres (6550ft) and since acquiring the project in 2021 the company drilled 14 holes successfully testing a 850 metre (2800 ft) section of the zone.

Hole H23 -14 (reported February 14th, 2023) and the last of the inaugural 2022-2023 drilling program intersected high grade VMS mineralization assaying 10.0 g/t gold (Au), 273.0 g/t silver (Ag), 2.38% copper (Cu), 3.13% (Zn) and 3.36% lead (Pb) over 0.90 metres (3.0 ft). These grades of the polymetallic mineralization (more than one metal) is evidence that the massive sections of sulphide mineralization within the main Handcamp Zone carries enriched grades.

Three (3) holes drilled in December, 2023 continued to intersect the VMS mineralization with assays ranging up to 6.0 g/t Gold (Au), 183 g/t Silver (Ag), 4.40% Lead (Pb), 3.87% Zinc (Zn) & 1.56% Copper (Cu) extending over a strike length of 70 metres (230 ft) and down to a vertical depth of 53 metres (175ft) from the near surface intersection recorded in Hole H23-14 reported February 14th 2023.

Highlight intersections from the 3 holes are summarized below:

Hole No.From (m)To (m)Interval (m)Au (g/t)Ag (g/t)Zn (%)Pb (%)Cu (%)

The company notes these intersections of polymetallic mineralization are significant as this style of mineralization (Au, Ag, Zn, Pb & Cu) was mined at the world class Buchans deposits. These deposits which during 50 years of production (1927 – 1979) produced more than 16 million tonnes are in the same belt of volcanic rocks “the Roberts Arm – Buchans Belt”.

The Handcamp Project covers 27 kms of the favorable host rocks of “the Roberts Arm – Buchans Belt” which also is host to the former producing Gullbridge Copper Mine immediately south of the project. Puddle Pond also is the 100% owner of the Lake Bond Project which contain an indicated historical pre-NI 43-101 Zinc – Copper resource up to 4,000,000 tonnes also hosted in the belt and 14 kms south of the Handcamp Project.

The Handcamp and Lake Bond Projects cover 41 kms of “the Buchans – Roberts Arm Belt” of rocks and positions the company as a major stakeholder in this historical mining district. The two 100% owned projects also are aligned along the “Red Indian Line” a major regional and lithotectonic boundary and transcrustal fault system trending NNE through this region.

These NNE trending fault systems in Newfoundland are now recognized as being a major control on the distribution of gold mineralization on the island, highlighted by New Found Gold’s Queensway Project along the Dog Bay Line – Appleton Fault Zone. The Handcamp Main Zone is located along the Red Indian Line Fault System, a major underexplored crustal scale fault zone. The company remains committed to exploring along strike of known mineralization and along fault splays newly discovered along this major structure during the exploration programs since acquiring the project in 2021. These extensive and newly defined targets will be the focus of the 2024 exploration program now being planned to test the highly prospective targets.

Victor French, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 and President & COO for Puddle Pond, is responsible for the technical information contained in this News Release.

On Behalf of the Board of Directors
